Multiple status changes
Hi All,
My husband was on F1 opt till Sep2015 n then his H1 got denied. so he moved to F1 from Oct'15 to Jan 16 but due to some emergency he traveled to India and discontinued his studies. Now if he goes to H4 Visa stamping how do we convince Visa officer that we will be back to India in few months?
