My daughter is US born and she is a minor and we both are travelling to India, I would like to know what option should I choose Yes/No for question on - Do you have any family members in US (child,siblings,any other relative)

DS-160 information should be valid as of your interview date, so in case your daughter is with you in India at the time of interview, the answer should be NO.
