Hi,
My spouse is in India and will be going to Mumbai consulate for her H4 stamping, our visas were extended till 2018 while she was in USA. We have our I797 approval notices. My question is what document does she have to carry for dropbox in original, specifically original documents related to my VISA.
She has copies of all my approval notices, company letter, I129 but does she need anything original?
Also if anyone can list the documents that she has to carry, it would be great. I searched multiple forums but got widely varying answers to this question.
