Thank you for taking the time to read this post. I work for a desi consultancy that bloated my resume to work for the client side. Now the client is offering me a full time position. During H1 transfer, what resume gets circulated, the real resume that my employer(desi consultancy) holds or the **** one which my client holds. I'm guessing this can actually cause a big problem and can get me terminated.Your input please. Judgemental people can go post somewhere else in the forum.
