Hi,
I have got one old unused H1B which is expired couple of years back. Today when I am checking the status of my receipt on USCIS website it says" CASE IS REOPENED FOR RECONDIRATION".
What does this means? Does this mean that the Petitioner applied for revoke or cancel? Also, if that's the case, this STATUS is again very old and how can I know now what happened with my case?
Please advise as I was planning to use that old H1B through other employer.? Am very confused if I can reinstate this old H1B ?
