H4 EAD forms signature with blue ink

Hi All,

I filed EAD application for my wife and she signed 765 forms with blue ink as mentioned by attorney.

But now I am seeing everywhere that sign should be done by black ink.

Has anybody experienced this kind of situation? Will this cause rejection or delay?
