My H1B is expiring on 22nd February, 2016. My employer filed LCA with Department of Labor on 10th February, 2016. They are saying that once LCA is approved and documents are submitted to USCIS, I can stay here lawfully. But how much is the feasibility of getting certified LCA from DOL before 1.5 week of I-94 expiry and then filing on time? Please advise.
