Delay in travelling after H1B petition approved.

Hi Expert,

Need one urgent help. My H1B petition approved in 2015 and as per my LCA my intended employment date was 01-Oct-2015. But due to some reason I didnt travel at that time. Now I am planning to go for visa stamping in next 2 days and I got revised offer letter from my employer with new joining date as May-2016 first week. In my revised offer letter my employer just written 2-3 lines and mentioned about my new joining date.
Do you see any issue in that ? How best I can justify delay in my traveling during visa interview if they ask ? I am experienced IT professional (17+ years) and working with a big MNC in India but I got my H1B approved via another company who is kind of consulting.
Pls help.

It should be fine as long as you have the latest offer letter and client letter, if applicable.

Thanks for response. I just have offer letter from my employer with revised joining date but dont have any revised client letter. Is that fine ? Also, how best i can answer on interview question on delayed travelling/joining ?
