Client Change : LCA and H1B Amendment
HI,
My wife is on H1B visa with X Employer and currently working for C1 client. She has been assigned to C2 client, continuing with the same X employer/petitioner. C2 client location is 1 mile away from C1 client location. Job position and responsibilities also remain the same. Please advise if she need to file for LCA and H1B Amendment approved to join C2 client.
Does she need to do anything before joining C2 client.
