Hi,
I was working on H1B for an year and later moved to H4. Its now 2 years, i am in H4. I resigned from my pervious employer and my old H1 was expired now as well. Now i am planning to get back to work to new employer. So i need to raise a H1. My question here is
1) In my case for H1, should i need to go through Lottery?
2) If lottery is not needed, How will i get my H1 visa to work now? will that need some sponsor or how will it go?
