H1-B Visa to B2 Visa to F1 Visa
Hi,
I was recently laid off by my employer and they are filing a change of status to B2 visa for me. I have 2 questions:
1. What happens if i am able to enroll in a school program for Summer 2016 and get the I-20 before my 60 days is up? can i file another change in status while my B2 visa application is pending?
2. Also if i do get the I-20 and i do gain employment withing the same time frame, can they still file H1-B petition for me?
