About Premimum H1

hi,

i am already having an valid H4 visa, but due to some reasons i was unable to travel along with my spouse. now i am applying for H1 in this April, i heard that there is a premium H1 which will take only three months for precessing. can any one please tell me whether what i heard was true or not?

Hi Lavanya,

Premium processing is noting but fast track where u will get documents within 3months and its true....But in some cases INS may ask for explanation..

premium processing takes 15 days

Premium processing is supposed to take only 15 days or one gets their 1000$ back. Thats the rule. Its not 3 months. thats the time for regular processing.
