Hi,
I am in a tricky situation. I am on H1B COS with approved petition and came here back to India and my H1 and dependents H4 visa
approved. Now I have passports with approved visas (for both kids and spouse). Meanwhile due to personal reasons my spouse wants to travel to US while myself and kids continue to be here in India for another two more weeks or so. My questions are
1. Is there any risk or issue at port of entry if H4 dependent travels alone while H1 stays back in India?
2. What kind of additional supporting docs shall officer may ask to support the situation.
