Fulltime MBA on H1b Visa

Hello,

I am currently working in US on H1b visa. My work hours are usually evening shifts (6 PM to 2 AM). Can I go to University during the day and pursue Fulltime MBA while on my H1 visa?

Yes.

As long as you are working full time and maintaining your H1b status properly as indicated on the LCA and approved by USCIS, you are free to study in addition to your job.

Thanks for the reply. It is a great relief that I can do MBA on H1 (without affecting 40 hours of my work) and no need of applying for F1 visa. Please let me know if I need to get any permissions/letters from my Employer for this?
