Hello,
I am on H1 and currently in transfer from Company A to B. Its not premium Processing, So I am not sure how many months its going to take for my H1 to be with New Company B. However my wife is on H4 and my new company did not transfer her H4 from Company A. Her H4 (I797) is valid until 2018. We have just discussed with a Consultant and applying for my wife's H1 this year (April, 2016).
We have my Brother's Marriage in July 2016. My questions are -
1) Can my wife travel to India in July, 2016 and come back in 1 month if she is selected in lucky draw? Or there could be any issue in her H1 because of travel to India?
2) I know I will have to move my visa transfer from Normal to Premium and only when its Approved, I should dream to go to India for marriage. Right?
3) My new Company B has not transferred my wife's H4 to them. Would that be any issue when she travels to India or her H1 file this year?
