Hello Experts,
I am planning a trip to India in April time frame. Since myH1b visa was extended till feb 2017, I will have to go for a visa stamping. I am in my 6th year of H1B. I have a couple of questions that I would like to be clear on before making any decisions on the trip.
Can I use the Interview waiver/dropbox option for my visa stamping. This option is available for me because my previous stamping was with the current employer. But I am confused since the division name changed from xyz Services to xyz publishing . Does that change anything?
My PERM is certified and I-140 filed. Can I travel out of the country when my I-140 application is under process
I am a FTE, working for one of the fortune 500 companies. Not sure if this helps my case. Have there been any dropbox application rejections .
