Entering USA

Hi,
I got visa with Company A in US, but as they dont have any projects with them now, they are not interested in calling me.But another consultancy B is interested and they are asking me to come to US.They are saying that once you enter US, we can do the H1b Transfer.Is it advisable to enter US with company A and do the H1 transfer with company B.

Hi Suresh,

You need to put little effort and risk to travel..As long your petitioner dont have problem you can enter with present visa and later transfer can be done..More ............get me here
