Hi , My H1-B visa and petition is getting expired on Aug 03 2016 same as my I-94. But I need to travel to India for my marriage on June 8th and planning to get back to US on June 25th. Below are my queries :
i. Should I apply for Premium visa extension ? or Should I go with my existing Visa ?
ii. If I travel with current visa will I face any issues in port of entry while coming back?
iii. If I travel while my extension is still in process , Do I need to apply again after I come back to US ?
