Employer A's H1B petition was filed last year for an inhouse project and got approved for location A. I started working at Location B for a client from Oct 1 2015. Employer A filed LCA change of loc in Nov but didnt file H1-B amendment. I would like to rectify this before i go for visa stamping. Can you suggest me my options in this case? Clearly its been 4 months since my LCA change of loc was processed.
