My H1 and my wife's H4 expired last October. My H1 extension petition was approved in August 2005. But my wife's H4/I 94 extension approval has not yet come. We want to travel to India and get our visas stamped. Could you please tell me what documents we need for H4 renewal? Do we need H4/I 94 extension approval notices to get the H4 stamped? Anyone with similar experience, please advise, I would really appreciate. Thanks.
