How USCIS will check about my h1b sponsoring company

Hi Friends,

I am preparing to give the H1b visa stamping interview. My H1b sponsor is a very small staffing company in US with employees below 50.
During my visa interview, VISA OFFICER will check about my H1b sponsor company. How and in what way VO will check about my Sponsor company.

Is there any way to check the reviews about my sponsoring company ?

Please let me know if you have any idea about this....

They have their resources, a basic google search would result in the background of the company and if any online forums have complaints. Many online forums also would point them.
