Hi All,
I am currently working for employer A and got an offer from employer B. They are planning to do the H1 transfer for me and asked me to fill I 539 form for my wife who is currently in H4(my current H1 and my wife H4 are valid till 2017 April). Once H1 transfer and her I 539 is approved and in case I dont want to move to employer B, will it create any issues for me or my wife?
