Need urgent input. I have to travel to India due to family emergency. I have a valid h1b expiring in Dec 2016. It doesn't seem like I will continue with my current employer due to restrictions. If I quit, will my h1b will can be re-applied before Dec 2016 with another employer, meanwhile I am in India. Or this will be a fresh cycle for my h1b?
