Travel to India without project and coming back to USA again.

Hello,

I work for an employer in USA with H1B VISA which is valid till 2017. Recently my project got ended and currently free with no project for few days. Suddenly I got a family emergency, so I wanted to go to India and come back in few days. However, I am with the same employer and also will get paid while on my leave period as well.

So, is it possible to go for a vacation and coming back to USA without any project ??

Please answer me as early as possible.

Yes, it should be fine as long as you getting paid by the employer and he had the petition for approved for your current location.
