H1B Renewal

Hi Friends,

1.My H1 quota is 2008,I have been there in US 25 months and my H1 visa s expired in the year of 2010.After that i am back to India.I would like to apply again my query is If i need to re-apply again H1 do
1,I need to apply as fresh?
2. Do I need to apply in renewal quota.
3.Please clarify me.

In which month of 2010 did you leave US?
