When I was scheduling my appointment, I saw a question that said "Have you been issued a h1b before". I got my h1b (first time) last year when I was in the U.S. I'm going to India to get my stamping this year. So would the answer be yes or no? Also I scheduled my h1b interview the next day of h1b stamping. Should there by 24 hours gap?
