  • H1b petition approved but stamping failed in UK...what next?

    Hi excellent team,
Here is my case which need some expert guidance.

I am with a Indian IT company in UK for some time and have worked earlier in US (L1A) in 2010-2013. A consulting company applied H1b for me and luckily my petition was selected after an RFE. I went for stamping here in UK, London but it was sent for a review and unfortunately, they mailed me the 'recommending revocation of petition' after 1.5 month.

    Datelines -

    H1B applied - 2015 April.
Petition Approved through RFE - 2015 November
    Stamping interview - Jan 2016
    Visa denial - Mar 2016

Now I have some questions -

    a) Can my H1b sponsor help ahead now in this case? what help can be provided?
    b) Can I switch employer now and still hope for an H1b? Am I cap exempt?
    c) If b is 'Yes', what is the best way to move forward and search a job in US while being outside of it?

Sorry to sound naive, but my path H1b is first time and am a lot confused with this rejection.

    Any help is highly appreciated.
