  • 1-140 approved+H1b extension filed but not yet approved- course of action?

My husband's I-140 has been approved before his H1-b expiry. However, the H1b visa extension which has been filed by company A has not yet been received and we are approaching the i94 expiry date soon. In the meantime, my husband got a better offer from company B who is also proceeding with the h1b extension and we are expecting the visa from company B very soon.

    My queries are:
As presently we are in the United states, to get the new visa stamped should we move out of the country, stamp the visa & get back? or can we remain with the approved i-797 form for H1b & H4? also, what happens if we have the approved 1797 form with 3 years extension with us when we move out, but an expired visa as seen on visa page?

If in case we cross the 194 expiry date and if we receive the h1b extension approval in few weeks after it, will it lead to any problem? or since I-140 has been approved.. we need not worry about it?

    Thanks in advance.
