Hello, My H1B Visa is expiring in 4 months, i will be completing my 6yrs of h1b then. What are all the available options for me to stay here.

Do you mean you would be completing 6 years in US in H1 status? If yes, then if you don't have a GC filed earlier the only option to stay in US is to file a transfer to some other status like B2 or a dependent visa ID your spouse has a valid visa. But you cannot work on those visas.
