Amendment and transfer submitted together almost

Hi, I am working with a company "A" with H1B. I have been moved to another client location and the employer is about to submit an amendment application. Meanwhile, another employer is going to submit a transfer application. What would happen if one gets submitted before the other? I need to do it inevitably. Because, I cannot avoid or delay amendment until I have approval for the transfer. And I cannot delay transfer application because it is time sensitive. Pls. Give some insight on how they are going to be processed?
