H1 transfer and Expire

Hi,
Have H1b visa till April,2016 and had to return from onsite after 9 months of staying there.
Now my question is- it will expire soon. Can I apply it's extension after it expires with other Employer.

Is it possible? or I have to go with new H1b cap once it expires.

You dont file for extensions, the employer needs to do it. You need not be cap counted again.
