Eligibility for Drop box
Hello Guys,
I need some information for finding whether I am eligible for Drop box category or not:
Here is my case.
Got the petition approved till 30-Sep-2016 and stamped visa also which is also valid till 30-Sep-2016 ,never travel to US till now, now my client got change(Employer remain same) apply for H1B amendment and which is approved and got the extension also so now my new petition is valid till Jan-2020.
Now I am planning to travel to US but now ppl is telling that since you have only 5 month left for your current stamping to end so better to go for stamping again and you we get new stamp according to current petition,Could you please suggest if my case fall under drop box category or I have attend the visa interview again.
