My wife H4 stamped in India and she has to travel back to US yet. Her Form I-539 petition(COS h1 to h4) filed along with my h1b extension before she leaving India got RFE today asking that "Request for Additional Evidence Was Mailed" and requested my son's DOB to prove relationship between my son and I(Principal applicant).
My employer saying that I don't have to answer RFE as my Wife's h4 already stamped and USCIS consider this petition as VOID, If answers RFE might get more problems.
Can anyone suggest what to do now. Do I need to answer RFE or better to ignore that?
