H1B Cap Exempt Premium Processing

Hello Expert,

I am eligible for Cap exempt processing. So my employer filed the petition. Today i checked the status in USCIS that appears in the below message.

"Decision Notice Mailed
On April 7, 2016, we denied your Form I-129, Petition for a Nonimmigrant Worker, Receipt Number EAC **** **** **** **. We mailed you a decision notice that explains why we denied your case and your options."

Is that totally rejected? or still having the chance for approval. Please help.
