Can I file H4 extension though premium processing with the I-797 of H1?

Hi,

I want to be able to file my H4 extension and obtain an EAD extension also based on that.
I am separated from my husband but not divorced.

Can I do that with premium processing? Also, can I use whatever docs I have like the current I-797 of my husband(H1) which expires in 5 months.?
I dont have any more docs from him.
Please help.

Yes, but I-797 need to be original & your renewal would for 5 months only.

There is no premium processing for dependent visas.
