Hi everyone,
My employer help me filed H1B application. But from FedEx's tracking number, my application was still not delivered yet, even we used overnight delivery.
From FedEx's staffs message, either was already delivered to USCIS or lost in somewhere. They just can't find it.
To avoid to this risk, we filed another one and use overnight delivery on April 6th, and we added a note to explain everything about this.
We also tried to withdraw the first application. (I don't know if this withdraw is working)
My Question, what USCIS will do on my application? Consider it as duplicate or let me do lottery?
Any help will be appreciated.
