Paystubs issue for H1-H4 visa processing

Hi,

I am currently on H1 Visa status, I lost my job 2 months back. So my employer is running my paystub with 40 hrs per month.
Now I am planning to change my status to H4.So while filing I-539 application, will this paystub hours gonna be a problem ???
since I have my last 3 months paystubs for just 40 hrs.
could some one please help me with your suggestions.

Dont understand the 40 Hours/Month pay. Your employer is legally bound to pay you as per LCA even if they dont have work for you. If they cannot provide work, they should provide a return ticket back.

USCIS will ask latest paystubs before approving the H1 to H4 and will most likely reject if see an issue with your current status.
