Hi All,
I am planning to get married soon in few weeks. I am on H1B visa now and my fiancee has Green Card. I have two questions:
1) After getting married, I am planning to visit my country overseas. I have to go to US embassy to get/renew my H1B visa stamp in my passport(My visa valid till Sept/2017). Can consular officer deny my visa based on fact that I got married to Green Card holder, as it might suggest that I am planning to stay/live in US?
2) What if I start my Green card application, whether through my employer or wife, and travel to overseas before I get Green Card? Will I have problems at traveling back to US?
