Hello All,
Since this was my last chance, I got filed 2 h1B petitions for me. One from my current employer(regular processing) and one from other(premium processing). Both employers are totally different, in different states, have different clients. They are not related in any single way. Both of my application got selected in lottery. Now I want to go with my current employer. and My current employer also now ready to go for premium processing. I am working on CPT, so I am already expecting RFE.
I have few queries regarding this.
1. Can I keep both the applications open for the processing? I dont want to but just curious.
2. if I withdrawn the application from another employer, will it affect or cause any damage to my application with current employer?
3. In case of denial in one application, will my other application also get denied ?
4. Will withdrawing at this early stage create any wrong impression on VO/USCIS?
Any help on above queries is much appreciated. Thank you.
