Applying for H1B visa

Hi,

I would like to apply for H1B and relocate to the US, but I'm not sure if I have all the requirements..
I'm working currently working for Global company for more than 4 years , and relocating thru my company to the US
I have associate degree (2 years) and also served in the army for 3 year in similar position.
what are my chances to get the visa approved ?

Did you apply afresh in the latest cap in April 2016? Am sure the company would have done an education evaluation before submitting the petition.
