Hi,
I am relatively new to H1 procedures. As of now I am in US till March 06 on B1 visa. Total time for the stay would be around 4 months.
I am reqd to come here again for around 3 months in May i.e. around 1-2 months after this visit is completed. My employer wants to file for my H1. I want to make sure if the second visit to US on B1 would interfere with H1 processing. What I have heard is that one should avoid frequent visits on B1 for long term but it is reqd out of work that I have to come for second visit.
Could you please tell me how does it affect the processing of H1, which would be filed in April this year.
