Hello, I am considering travelling while my application for I-129 is pending, I don't know if I have been selected in the lottery yet. Would it cause problems if I was to leave my home country to travel (not to the USA) while waiting to see what happens? I didn't get selected last year and I know the odds are even worse this year. I see on USCIS website that I can change the location of my interview, or I would fly back home and do the interview as on the original application.
Anyway, do any of you have experience with this? Are they going to hold it against me to travel while waiting?
