Hello,
I have a question,
To file for H1B, I had 2 employers (healthcare), both unrelated and both in different states. Both have different clients, work locations and facilities.
They both applied for H1B, 2016 and fortunately, both petitions got selected in the lottery. Before filing, I had signed the agreement with both individually.
1) Now, will there be any possibility of both getting approved or any one would get rejected by USCIS?
2) If both gets approved, can I choose to work for any one legally regardless of my signing the agreement with them? Will there be any legal issue?
Please guide me.
