Hi All,
I have few doubts on my H1 B petition, Can some one help me out to clarify the same? Many thanks in advance.
1) I have completed MBA in Information system as a part time course (July 2012- May 2014) but in Evaluation of Educational Credentials page, this course mentioned as Full time course. - Will it be a problem?
2) And in my I129 form highest degree of qualification showing as bachelor’s degree but I did MBA correspondence. Looks like petitioner have considered correspondence course here. - Will it be a problem?
So what should I answer to consular during my interview, if they ask about my highest qualification? Can you please guide me on this?
