H1 amendment and F1 to H4 COS together in premium processing?

I am on F1 visa and I want to apply for change of status to H4 and obtain EAD as soon as possible. My husband is on H1 visa (I-140 approved) and he is planning to apply for H1 amendment (for a new client). If we apply his H1 amendment and my COS together in premium processing, will my change of status be processed and would I get my I-94 in the premium time frame?

Most probably but not guaranteed.
