TWIC for H4 EAD holders
Did anyone know about getting a TWIC for h4 EAD holders. Transportation authorities website reveals, L2 EAD holder is eligible to get one but not H4(in both cases its the dependent and i don't see a point why it is not provided to H4 EAD holders.). Any idea who can clear this query and where to send this query mail to?
