Dubai H1B Stamping

Hi Guys,

I came to India on a family emergency and now need to go back to USA but the appointments in India were not available till August.

So Can i book a slot in Dubai Consulate as i have all the documents, and the waiting time is 3-4 days.

This is my 2nd H1B stamping. First was done in Canada.
Please advice?
