H1B Transfer While Amendment and Extension is Pending

Hi All,

I have been working with my current employer "A" since more than an year. Last December my extension plus amendment has been filed with USCIS in regular mode and its still in pending. My current I94 valid till next few days.

Meanwhile I got an offer from employer "B" 2 months back and they have filed the H1 Transfer in premium and I got an approval recently.

If I join employer "B" since the transfer is approved, what happens if employer "A" filed extension gets approved. Will that effect my new petition.

I am also in similar situation but not applied for H1 transfer with employer "B". Can you let us know what happen next? Did you join employer "B". Is their any risk? My current H1 and visa is valid till 15 Aug 2016. Thanks in advance
