Is there anyone who can give me a an answer, i 1st come to the U.s with my J-1 visa after almost a year the company that i was doing my training file a petition for my to have an extention they put menin a new status H2b visa, the petition finalized january when i was in the u.s april 14 my dad had a stroke so i decided to go back home to be with my family. The Hr allow me to do so the problem was i havent told that i need to get a stamp from my home country which is philippines to be able to re enter the u.s so i did everything. I had my interiew with the consule on may 25/16 and i was told that my visa is approved and i wasnt given any colored paper or the 221 (g) so i was confident that everything went well, 3 days after i havent heard anything so i decided to check the status online to find out i was under A/P. Its been 4 days now and since may 25 my status havent move do i have to be worried? Please give some advice is there anyone that had the same exprience please help me..
