Reschedule H4 visa Interview as I will be 7 months Pregnant

Hi,

I am 4 months pregnant now and my H4 visa interview is scheduled on 31st august. I will be 7 months pregnant by then. Is there any way that I can reschedule my interview earlier or travel to US soon?
Can I travel to US on B2 visa now and later convert it to H$ after going there?

Visa officers frown upon applicant entering the US on a B2 with COS intent.

Another option could be to have the baby in your home country and travel once it's safe to do so after childbirth.
